This is How you can check the status of your order in 3 easy steps!
*1-When You Place an Order You Will Be Sent a confirmation email containing your "Tracking number" Along with Your Order#
*2-First our Carrier is "USPS" therefore to get the live data status of your order Go to USPS Tracking here is the link:
*3-simply copy your tracking ID sent to your email and paste it in the USPS Tracking Box and click Track!
2.My Order Is Late?, It is Taking More than the Expected Time Why??*
(please also note that most orders are custom made meaning it is uniquely made only for you it is not pre programmed on our sewing machines therefore it is usual that you might be expecting delays on our order. Please give it 5 days, you should receive it within that time frame, if not contact us directly at: Service@bullrunflag.com

Bullrunflag Checks The Returning Basket constantly To see If your Order had been returned from USPS due to Incomplete Address or the reasoning of Address DNE (such address does not exist in the USPS data). We will let you know Via Email if this was the case, If it is, You will be asked to provide the right address for us, We will then take care of shipping for you at no extra cost.

4. What are the instructions to iron the iron-on patch on so I don't damage tag?
*Use iron on medium heat and press patch onto cloth for around 60 seconds.
5. When will a phone number be available for customer service?

(please note that this is the time put aside to answering your calls only and due to this short time window, some of the calls may go to voicemail because our customer care representative is helping another customer. this does not mean we only work 4 hours a day and we try our best to complete you order as soon as we can)

shipping policy and rates may vary depending on the purchased items final value. we corrently operate on a price based shipping rate. Estimated shipping time varies depending on the type of product you purchase. the shipping method and ETA only reflects the time after which the products have been received by the post office until the time it's been delivered to the address provided by you and does not reflect the fulfillment and processing time. the fulfillment process and time varies depending on the type of products a customer purchase and other factors such out of stock condition, back ordered condition, order volume and etc. usually the fulfillment duration is longer for custom made products than pre-made products and that is because custom made products will be set to go through multiple manufacturing steps (7 steps to be exact) after you place your order. (creating a shipping label and sending fulfillment email is only the first step of the process, we fulfill orders in sets and need your invoice and shipping label to put you in the line of production in our shop so you patience is greatly appreciated). you as the buyer are fully responsible to provide your correct shipping address to us while checking out. we are not responsible for the items returned to us by the postal service for none deliverable reason. we may send you an email or contact you by phone if items were returned to us to ask for a new or the correct address.
